THE AUTHOR

Meet Arianna James.

Author. Singer. Survivor.

Arianna “Ari” James is a singer, a survivor of domestic abuse, and the author of Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover. She writes and appears using a pseudonym to protect herself and her family from threats made by her former abuser and his family members.

The book shares pieces of her own story to bring readers into the tormented mind of someone suffering under controlling abuse, so they might become aware of how she got there, why she stayed, and what choices she didn’t have that outsiders take for granted.

Her Substack invites friends and allies to support the educational project and engages readers with weekly articles on awareness of how they can positively impact the culture around them.
