Who we are

This website is run by 50Ways: TheProject, the book and education project of author Arianna James. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the project.

What we don’t collect

• No cookies.
• No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools.
• No accounts, logins or sign-ups on this site.
• No browser storage: the site doesn’t save anything about your visit on your device.

We don’t sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

What our web host may record

Like nearly every website, the company that hosts this site may automatically keep basic server logs, such as IP addresses, the pages requested and the time of each request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use them to identify visitors.

If you contact us

The speaking-inquiry form doesn’t send anything to this website. Pressing Send opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself.

If you email us, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, email address and event details. We use it only to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone else.

Links to other websites

This site links to other services, including Amazon, Substack, Instagram and the support organizations on our Victim Resources page. When you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. When you leave through a link, your browser doesn’t tell the other site which of our pages you were on.

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for adults and teens. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please don’t send us any personal information, including through the speaking-inquiry form or by email.

If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes their child has sent us information can email 50WaysEvents@gmail.com, and we will delete it.

If you are a young person who is being hurt or doesn’t feel safe, you can call the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-422-4453, or text GO to the same number.

Your safety and privacy

The Quick exit button and the Escape key replace this page with a weather website. They can’t erase your browsing history, downloads or other records on your device. If someone may be monitoring your phone or computer, consider using a device they can’t get into. The National Domestic Violence Hotline has internet-safety tips.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have emailed us. Write to 50WaysEvents@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding a store or a sign-up form, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
